Upper floor: 1 king with ensuite bath with tub and separate shower, 1 twin (can be made as a king) with ensuite bath, a second twin, and 2 queens. Baths: Large bath with jacuzzi & shower and two sinks, simple shower room, plus the two ensuite baths. All bedrooms on this floor are air conditioned.

Lowest floor: 1 queen bedroom in an apartment format with showered bath and another 1/2 bath on ground floor.

Living Space

Comfortable TV room with fireplace, CD player, library, plus a main sitting room near a formal dining room with seating for 10 and a well outfitted kitchen with refrigerator with automatic ice-maker, oven, micro-oven and dishwasher.

Household Amenities

Central heating throughout, air conditioning in 5 bedrooms, fans in all bedrooms, anti-insect screens on all bedroom windows, 2 line telephone, fax, washer and dryer, hairdryer, 3 other refrigerators, and 1 freezer.

Outside Features

20' x 49' glorious pool with an abundance of high quality furniture and multiple terraces with shaded areas. Pergola with dramatic views for al fresco dining, barbecue. Attached to the villa on the left side are the former servants quarters, which do not belong to the villa but whose owners have proven to be well informed and helpful neighbors. Located on a private road.
